As a commentary to the news published by BNS on 19.11.99, we hereby 

announce that the above-mentioned article contains inaccurate 

information about the transaction details, which are considered 

confidential by the transaction parties. 

 

KPC has three major shareholders: EBRD, Mr. Pranas Dailide and 

former TKH shareholders. The former TKH shareholders have concluded 

an agreement, under which all shareholders are granted equal 

rights. None of the above-mentioned transaction parties will gain a 

direct control (above 50%) in KPC.
