According to the decision of the Estiko general shareholders 

meeting, Estiko will fix the shareholders’ list for the stock 

dividend issuance on 01.12.98 at 8:00 AM.

 

Proceeding from that, shares of Estiko are traded cum-rights for 

the last day today, 25.11.98. Estiko shares go ex-rights starting 

from tomorrow, 26.11.1988.

 

During the course of this issuance, Estiko will issue two new 

shares per existing one.
