CHANGE IN THE MANAGEMENT OF SUBSIDIARY

 

Rein Loik, the Chairman of the Management Board of Leks Elukindlustus 

(subsidiary of Leks Kindlustus), was elected a Chairman of the Management 

Board of a state enterprise Tallinna Lennujaam (Tallinn Airport).

Due to this, the recall of Rein Loik from the position of the Chairman 

of Management Board of Leks Elukindlustus will be discussed on the Leks 

Elukindlustus Supervisory Board's next meeting on 20.11.98. Rein Loik 

starts working as a Chairman of the Management Board of Tallinna Lennujaam

in December. Until the election of a new chairman of the Management Board, these

duties will be a responsibility of Katrin Holst, the Director of Development and 

member of the Management Board of Leks Elukindlustus. 

 

According to Raul Kastan, the Chairman of the Management Board of Leks Kindlustus,

Leks Elukindlustus is a well-functioning structure, and therefore there is no 

rush with the election of a new chairman to the Management Board.
