SUPERVISORY BOARD OF FOREKSPANK APPOINTED A NEW MANAGEMENT BOARD 

 

On its 16.11.1998 meeting, the Supervisory Board of AS Eesti Forekspank made the 

following decisions:

 

1. Elect Mr. Gunnar Kraft Chairman of the Supervisory Board. 

 

2. Recall the following members of the Management Board:

- Ivar Lukk

- Raivo Erik

- Vahur Pindma

- Mati Sumberg

- Urmas Pastarus

- Arvo Juhkami

- Ranno Pajuri

- Danel Tuusis

- Ove Tüksammel

 

3. The number of people on the Management Board will be six (6). 

 

4. Elect the following people to the Management Board: 

- Mr. Härmo Värk (personal code 36308250437);

- Mr. Kaido Kangur (personal code 36802050301);

- Mr. Kalle Norberg (personal code 36605102722);

- Mr. Priit Perens (personal code 36405060279);

- Mr. Erki Urva (personal code 36007160337);

- Mr. Tauno Vanaselja (personal code 36704020262).

 

5. Make a proposal to the Management Board to elect Mr. Härmo Värk Chairman

of the Management Board.
