TALLINN STOCK EXCHANGE LISTING COMMITTEE DECISION ABOUT THE APPLICATION OF 

FARMAATSIATEHAS

 

On its 10.11.98 meeting, TSE's Listing Committee discussed the Farmaatsiatehas'

09.11.1998 application to terminate the contract, based on which the shares of 

Farmaatsiatehas are listed on Tallinn Stock Exchange.

 

According to the part "Requirements for Issuers", article 11.1, of 

the Rules and Regulations of the Tallinn Stock Exchange, the TSE Listing Committee

has a right to deny the removal, in case the Committe believes that 

delisting harms significantly the interests of the investors, or enables some holders

of securities to obtain an undue advantage at the expense of other holders,

or enables some holders of securities to get an unfair profit at the expense of 

other holders.  

 

TSE Listing Committee finds that the present situation can be treated according

to the part "Requirements for Issuers", article 11.1, of the Rules and Regulations 

of the Tallinn Stock Exchange, and decided to refuse the application of 

Tallinna Farmaatsiatehas.
