ANNOUNCEMENT

 

REDEMPTION OF BONDS

 

Hüvitusfond is to redeem its 30 million DEM or 240 million EEK 

issue of eurobonds, issued via Salomon Smith Barney. 

 

Hüvitusfond issued the bonds on December 22, 1997, and they will 

mature on December 22, 1999. The issue yields 3-months German mark 

LIBOR plus a margin of 1.10%. The issue has 3,000 bonds with face 

value of 10,000 DEM each. The payment agent is Chase Manhattan Bank 

and the issue is listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
