ANNOUNCEMENT

 

EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

 

The regular meeting of the Supervisory Board of Leks Kindlustus 

decided on December 21, 1999 to convene the extraordinary general 

meeting of shareholders.  

 

According to the decision, the EGM will take place on January 13, 

2000. The announcement about the conduct of the EGM will be 

published at least one week before the meeting. The agenda of the 

meeting includes changes in the Supervisory Board in relation to 

the changes in the ownership structure of Leks Kindlustus.
