ANNOUNCEMENT

 

Herewith the Tallinn Stock Exchange repeats the announcement of 

02.11.99 about trading on 24.12.99 and 31.12.99.

 

ABOUT TRADING ON 24.12.1999 AND 31.12.1999

 

According to the 02.11.1999 resolution of the Tallinn Stock 

Exchange Management Board, the Exchange will be closed for trading 

on 24.12.1999 and 31.12.1999.

 

According to the 02.11.1999 resolution of the Managing Director of 

the Estonian Central Depository for Securities (ECDS), the ECDS 

will not accept orders for registry procedures by the account 

operators and issuers on 31.12.1999. The ECDS will also postpone 

the transactions with 31.12.1999 value date to 03.01.2000.
