INTERESTS FOR HÜVITUSFOND VI-, XII-SERIES BONDS

Hüvitusfond will pay interest to the holders of its VI-series bonds
in the total amount of 2.8 million EEK and to holders of XII-series
bonds in the amount of 2 million EEK. Interest payments will be
made to 2,791 holders of VI-series bonds and to 617 holders of
XII-series bonds. Interest payments will be made to the investors
holding the respective bonds as of the end of the day of
22.01.2000, according to the data of the securities register of the
Estonian Central Depository for Securities.

Interest rate paid to the holders of Hüvitusfond VI- and XII-series
bonds is 7% or 7 EEK per bond.

The interest payments are transferred to the bondholders' accounts
once a year on January 24, or on the first banking day following
that date.
The redemption date for VI- and XII-series bonds is January 24,
2002. Hüvitusfond will then buy back the bonds at nominal value,
i.e. EEK 100 per bond. The interest payments on Hüvitusfond bonds
are exempt from income tax.

In three quarters of 1999, Hüvitusfond had a profit of 76.3 million
EEK. The fund's net asset value increased in nine months by 292
million EEK, amounting to 1.012 billion EEK at the end of the
period. Revenues from privatisation amounted to 258 million EEK.

The preliminary results of Hüvitusfond 1999 financial year will be
published at the end of February.
