ANNOUNCEMENT

 

SALE OF ILMARISE RESIDENCE

 

In December 1999, Pro Kapital's subsidiary OÜ Larvikk and a company 

representing foreign investors concluded a preliminary agreement 

for sale of the building of Ilmarise Residence and the estate for 

EEK 61 000 000 million. 

 

As of today the investor has made the first contractual payment of 

EEK 20 million, and the agreement has thus come into force. 

According to the preliminary agreement the parties will conclude a 

notarial sales agreement during the year 2000. The general area of 

Ilmarise Residence building is 2700 m2; the area of the estate is 

2320.4 m2.
