AS Pro Kapital has met the conditions for listing on the Tallinn 

Stock Exchange Main List, set by the TSE Listing Committee on 

29.11.99.

22 500 000 ordinary shares of AS Pro Kapital are listed on the TSE 

Main List as of Thursday, 03.02.2000.
