SUPERVISORY BOARD'S DECISION TO APPOINT MANAGEMENT BOARD MEMBER

 

On 08.02.2000 the Supervisory Board of AS Kalev resolved:

1. to appoint Oliver Kruuda a Management Board member as of the day 

following the expiration day of his term of office as Supervisory 

Board member;

2. to recall Management Board member Üllar Udras as of the day 

following the expiration day of Oliver Kruuda's term of office as 

Supervisory Board member.

 

Supervisory Board resolved to convene the shareholders' 

extraordinary meeting. Date and agenda of the EGM will be decided 

on Supervisory Board's 11.02.2000 meeting.
