ANNOUNCEMENT

 

ABOUT PRESS RELEASE OF AUTOLIV AB

 

Autoliv AB today informed the Stockholm bourse of exercising the 

call options for 1.5% shareholding in AS Norma, which increased 

Autoliv's stake in Norma to 51%. Autoliv also announced that it has 

no intention to increase further its holding in AS Norma.
