RESULTS OF TAKE-OVER BID

 

Between 10.01.2000 and 07.02 2000 Balti Kindlustuse AS made a 

take-over bid to the minority shareholders of Leks Kindlustuse AS. 

During that period the minority shareholders sold a total 271,519 

shares of Leks Kindlustuse AS. 

On 15.12.1999 Balti Kindlustuse AS acquired 2,730,091 shares in 

Leks Kindlustuse AS. 

After the end of the aforementioned take-over bid (as of 

10.02.2000), Balti Kindlustuse AS has a 75.5% holding in Leks 

Kindlustuse AS capital stock.
