SUBSCRIPTION RESULTS OF DIRECTED SHARE ISSUE

 

Reval Hotelligrupi AS conducted a directed share issue between 

01.12.1999 until 25.02.2000. The issue was directed to financial 

investor(s) found by Reval HG Management Board, or by persons 

authorized by it, through negotiations.

No shares were subscribed in the course of the issue. All 

unsubscribed 1,000,000 shares were cancelled with Reval HG 

Management Board's 25.02.2000 resolution.
