SALE OF REAL ESTATE

 

Today Hüvitusfond and AS Eesti Maapank (bankrupt) sold the estate 

at Narva St. 11a to the State Audit Office. The estate was formerly 

jointly owned by Hüvitusfond and Eesti Maapank (bankrupt). 

Hüvitusfond will earn EEK 10.7 million from transaction.

 

Area of the estate is 1,577 m2; a 4-story office building is 

located on the estate. General area of the building (incl. cellar) 

is 2,737 m2. Negotiations are being held with the current tenant AS 

Eesti Statoil regarding termination of rent agreement; however, 

that has no effect on the purchase price. Hüvitusfond and AS 

Virumaa Kommertspank bought the building in 1994; building was 

renovated in 1995.
