ANNOUNCEMENT

 

RESULTS OF PUBLIC OFFERING MADE BY HK RUOKATALO

 

HK Ruokatalo Oyj increased its holding in Rakvere Lihakombinaat in 

the course of the public offering by 11.51%, after buying 4,341,587 

shares from the company's other shareholders at price of EEK 4.7 

(total amount EEK 20.4 million). Altogether 350 shareholders 

participated in public offering of 01.02-14.03.2000.

 

At the offering value date (17.03.2000) HK Ruokatalo Oyj owned 

91.43% holding in Rakvere Lihakombinaat.

 

HK Ruokatalo Oyj continues to buy Rakvere Lihakombinaat shares 

through AS Trigon Securities at price of EEK 4.7.
