MOODY'S ASSIGNS RATING TO DEBT ISSUANCE PROGRAMM



Today Moody’s Investors Service assigned a Baa1 senior unsecured rating and a

Prime-2 short-term rating to the USD 500 Million Debt Issuance

Programme. The rating outlook is stable.



At the same time Moody’s also assigned a Baa1 rating to the 3-year EUR 150

million Ordinary Notes, issued pursuant to the USD 500 million Debt

Issuance Programme.
