ABOUT REGISTRATION OF NEW SUBSIDIARY



On 05.05.2000 Pro Kapital submitted to the Commercial Registry 

necessary documents to register a new subsidiary AS Pro Kapital 

Eesti. The new subsidiary will be 100% owned by AS Pro Kapital 

Grupp. The new subsidiary was established in a bid to organize the 

group's structure, as a result of which AS Pro Kapital Grupp will 

become a holding company to its subsidiaries. All business 

activities in Estonia will be transferred to the group's Estonian 

subsidiary AS Pro Kapital Eesti.
