ANNOUNCEMENT

 

DISCLOSURE OF SHAREHOLDERS OF LISTED COMPANIES

 

On 05.05.2000 the Tallinn Stock Exchange (TSE) Supervisory Board 

approved the amendments to chapter "Requirements for Issuers" of 

TSE Rules and Regulations. According to the amendments, TSE shall 

have a right to publish the lists of investors having a substantial 

shareholding in a listed company. Thus far TSE has published such 

information in cases where an investor's holding in a 

listed company reaches, exceeds or falls below 5%, 10%, 20%, 33%, 

50% or 66% levels.

 

The amendments to the Rules and Regulations will become effective 

on 09.06.2000. The amendments are currently available at

to the Rules and Regulations".

 

Lists of investors having a substantial shareholding (above 5%) in 

a listed company will be available on TSE internet homepage.
