ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT NEW SUPERVISORY BOARD MEMBER



On 12.05.2000 the annual general meeting of shareholders elected a 

new member to the Supervisory Board. The following members will 

continue as Reval Hotelligrupi AS Supervisory Board members: 

Joakim Helenius, Toomas Leis, Piret Raudsepp and Tarmo Sumberg. 

Mart Kirsipuu is the new Supervisory Board member.
