LIQUIDATION OF SUBSIDIARY



Supervisory Board of Saku Õlletehase AS decided to launch the 

liquidation processes of its subsidiary AS Saku Linnas. The 

production activities of Saku Linnas were terminated in 1998, and 

economic activities in 1999. Saku Õlletehas decided that it is not 

rational to continue the activities of Saku Linnas.



Saku Õlletehas acquired 100% holding in Saku Linnas in 1999, with an 

aim to expand its production area to the territory of Saku Linnas, 

which is located next to Saku Õlletehas.
