PRICE OF TRANSACTION BETWEEN BALTI KINDLUSTUS AND SWISS RE



In accordance with the agreement for sale of Leks Kindlustus shares 

made between Balti Kindlustuse AS and Swiss Re, Balti Kindlustuse AS 

bought shares in Leks Kindlustuse AS at price of EEK 22 per share. 

In March 2000 Swiss Re sold to Balti Kindlustuse AS 822,749 shares of 

Leks Kindlustuse AS.
