INTEREST RATES FOR XIV-SERIES BONDS, REDEMPTION OF BONDS



Hüvitusfond will redeem the issue of XIV-series bonds on 26.06.2000. On 

the date of redemption the bondholders will receive interest payments in 

addition to redemption payment.



Interest payments will be made to investors holding the respective bonds as 

of the end-day of 21.06.2000, according to the data of the securities 

register of the Estonian Central Depository for Securities. 



Redemption payments will be made to investors holding the respective bonds as 

of 26.06.2000 at 8:00 a.m., according to the data of the securities register 

of the Estonian Central Depository for Securities.



Base interest paid to the holders of Hüvitusfond XIV-series bonds is 7%, and 

additional interest 0%. Volume of public issue is EEK 24.47 million. Interest 

payments from Hüvitusfond bonds to private persons are exempt from income 

tax. Hüvitusfond will make interest payments to the holders of XIV-series 

bonds in total amount of 1.7 million EEK, and redemption payments in total 

amount of EEK 24.47 million. 



Issue of XIV-series bonds is the first public issue of Hüvitusfond bonds to 

be redeemed.
