SUPERVISORY BOARD RESOLUTION



The Supervisory Board of Estonian Telecom accepted the 

letter of resignation submitted by Chairman of the Board 

Mr.Toomas Sõmera on its meeting held on 28th of June, 2000.

Mr. Sõmera will resign as Chairman from September 1st, 2000.



Toomas Sõmera submitted the letter of resignation on 

May 31st, 2000.
