CHANGES IN SUBSTANTIAL SHAREHOLDINGS



In accordance with article 6.11 of Tallinn Stock Exchange Rules and 

Regulation, Reval Hotelligrupp announces that the structure of its 

shareholders has changed. As of this morning the number of Reval 

Hotelligrupp shares on the account of Trigon Securities was 1,187,148 

shares (22.55% holding in Reval).
