ANNOUNCEMENT



CONCLUSION OF PRECONTRACT



Tallinna Kaubamaja AS made a precontract for conclusion of rental 

agreement with OÜ Sermo Kaubandus for opening of new "Selver" 

store (address Tammsaare tee 60-64, Tallinn). The parties agreed 

to sign the agreement by 01.09.2000. The total area of rent premises 

is 4800m2, half of which will be used by AS Selver, and the other 

half subleased. The new store will be opened in April 2001.
