DECISIONS OF SUPERVISORY BOARD OF EESTI TELEFON



AS Eesti Telefon Supervisory Board today decided:



1. to dismiss Mr. Jaan Männik from the position of member of the Management 

Board of Eesti Telefon, effective as of 01.09.2000.



2. to appoint the current Eesti Telefon Management Board member, Mr. Valdo 

Kalm, to chair Eesti Telefon Management Board for two months term, effective 

as of 01.09.2000.



3. appointed Rein Astrik the new Management Board member. Mr. Astrik is the 

director of Regulations and Legal Department of Eesti Telefon.
