MERGER OF REVAL HOTELLIGRUPI AS AND AS HOTELL OLÜMPIA



On 27.09.2000 the Commercial Registry registered the merger of Reval 

Hotelligrupi AS and AS Hotell Olümpia. As of that date Reval Hotell

Olümpia operates under Reval Hotelligrupi AS business name.  



As a result of the merger, all monetary rights and liabilities 

proceeding from agreements made by AS Hotell Olümpia will be 

transferred to Reval Hotelligrupi AS, and Reval Hotelligrupi AS will 

become the legal successor to AS Hotell Olümpia (Commercial Code, § 

403).

The Management Boards of Reval Hotelligrupi AS and Reval Hotell
