CHANGE IN LATVIAN HANSABANKA'S COUNCIL



Today the extraordinary shareholders meeting of the Latvian

subsidiary, Hansabanka, decided to recall Magnus Francke and Ago Lauri

from the Council of the bank and elect Lennart Lundberg and Aivar Rehe

as the new members of the council.
