INCREASED HOLDING IN SUBSIDIARY



On 16.10.2000 the Management Boards of Estiko and Tarbus signed the 

agreement for sale of Tarbus' 20% shareholding in AS Emajõe Ärikeskus 

to Estiko AS. After the transaction Estiko owns 100% of AS Emajõe 

Ärikeskus shares.



AS Estiko plans the construction of II stage to Emajõe Ärikeskus and 

explores possibilities for additional funding.
