SALE OF HOLDING IN AS LINNAPORTAAL



On 25.10.2000 AS XXL.EE sold its 49% holding in AS Linnaportaal to 

Suomen Infopiste OY. XXL.EE will receive in return at least 294,000, 

but not more than 494,000 shares in Suomen Infopiste Oy, depending on 

AS Linnaportaal financial results during the period of 01.11.2000-

30.09.2001.



As at the point of sale AS XXL.EE had made EEK 2,156,000 of 

investments in AS Linnaportaal. According to the company's Management 

Board, the value gained from sale of shares exceeds substantially the 

value of previously made investments, regardless of the fact that the 

shares of Suomen Infopiste are not yet publicly listed.



AS Linnaportaal manages Tallinn's central internet portal 

AKTIVIST.EE, and is a publisher of newspaper "KesKus" ("Center"). 

Suomen Infopiste OY is a rapidly developing new media company, and 

has currently operations in 15 cities in the Baltic Sea region.



Sale of holding in AS Linnaportaal enables AS XXL.EE to focus on its 

core business, i.e. web programming and design, and provision of 

related consultation services. Operating under XXL Digital trademark, 

XXL.EE is among the leading companies in the Baltic region in these 

fields of activity.
