TALLINN STOCK EXCHANGE 

ANNOUNCEMENT

 

DELISTING OF EESTI ÜHISPANK SHARES

 

On 22.12.2000 the Tallinn Stock Exchange Listing Committee decided 

to satisfy AS Eesti Ühispank application for delisting from the 

Tallinn Stock Exchange Main List. AS Eesti Ühispank shares will be 

delisted on 01.01.2001. AS Eesti Ühispank shares are traded through 

the TSE trading system for the last day on Friday, 29.12.2000.

 

Tallinn Stock Exchange Listing Committee acknowledged that 

Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB has undertaken an obligation to 

buy AS Eesti Ühispank shares of from all shareholders of AS Eesti 

Ühispank within a period of one year after delisting from the 

Tallinn Stock Exchange.
