TSE MEMBERSHIP STATUS TO AS LHV

 

On 29.12.2000 the Management Board of Tallinn Stock Exchange (TSE) 

decided to grant the TSE membership status to AS Lõhmus Haavel & 

Viisemann (LHV). 

 

LHV was founded on 09.02.1999, and it owns the securities 

intermediary license. The core activities of LHV are securities 

brokerage, asset management and financial consulting. LHV 

administrated internet portal LHVDirect.com offers Estonian 

investors the possibility to trade in securities on U.S. stock 

exchanges. 

 

LHV will begin trading at TSE after meeting the required 

conditions.
