TRANSACTIONS WITH THE SHARES OF EESTI ÜHISPANK



As a  result of  the Take-over  Bid Skandinaviska  Enskilda Banken  AB

(publ) has acquired 96.4 per cent of the shares of Eesti Ühispank.



On  22  December  2000  the  Listing  Committee  of  the Tallinn Stock

Exchange passed a  resoution whereby the  Delisting application of  AS

Eesti Ühispank was approved. According to this resolution the  listing

of the  shares of  Eesti Ühispank  on the  Tallinn Stock  Exchange was

terminated as of 1 January 2001.



Due to  the fact  that according  to the  Rules of  the Helsinki Stock

Exchange and other regulations  effective in Finland the  Offer Period

in Finland lasted until 29  December 2000, Eesti Ühispank submitted  a

Delisting application to  the Helsinki Exchanges  today, on 2  January

2001.



Skandinaviska Enskilda  Banken AB  (publ) has  undertaken to  purchase

outstanding shares of Eesti Ühispank at the price of EEK 38.00  during

a  one-year  period  after  the  delisting  from  the  Tallinn   Stock

Exchange.



If the  shareholder of  Eesti Ühispank  wishes to  sell his  shares to

SEB,  the  investor  should  contact  his  account operator and give a

securities  transaction  order,  which  has  to  include the following
