SALES REPORT, FEBRUARY 2001



The current report provides an overview of Pro Kapital real estate 

sales in the Baltic countries in February 2001.



In Estonia Pro Kapital has developed and sells premises in Ilmarise 

dwelling quarter, Vene St.19, Narva St.13, Narva St.13a and Jõe St. 

2 in Tallinn. In January the company sold in Estonia 170 m2 of 

different premises for total of EEK 2,461,500.



In Latvia Pro Kapital has developed and sells premises in 

condominium/office building located in the center of Riga (address 

Stabu 19). No sales were made in Latvia in February.



Currently Pro Kapital does not have real estate objects for sale in 

Lithuania.



In February 2001 Pro Kapital sold in the Baltic countries real estate 

objects developed by PK Group companies for EEK 2,461,500.
