ANNOUNCEMENT

 

CONDITIONAL LISTING OF AS HANSAPANK SHARES

 

On 20.03.2001 the Tallinn Stock Exchange Listing Committee decided to 

satisfy application of AS Hansapank and to list 92 675 additionally 

issued ordinary shares of AS Hansapank conditionally on the TSE Main List. 

 

The resolution will become effective after the company's share capital 

increase is registered with the Commercial Registry and the subscription 

notes are converted into ordinary shares of Hansapank with the Estonian 

Central Depository for Securities.
