ANNOUNCEMENT

 

CONDITIONAL LISTING OF AS SAMPO PANK SHARES

 

On 08.05.2001 the Tallinn Stock Exchange Listing Committee decided to 

satisfy application of AS Sampo Pank and to list 8 291 874 additionally 

issued ordinary shares of AS Sampo Pank conditionally on the TSE Main List. 

 

The resolution will become effective after the company's share capital 

increase is registered with the Commercial Registry and the subscription 

notes are converted into ordinary shares of Sampo Pank with the Estonian 

Central Depository for Securities.
