CHANGE IN THE LATVIAN SUBSIDIARY'S MANAGEMENT BOARD



A/s “Hansabanka” Corporate Customer Division Manager and member of the

Management Board of the bank Viesturs Kulikovskis is leaving his

position on May 14, 2001.

The duties of Viesturs Kulikovskis will be entrusted to Druvis

Murmanis, Management Board member of the bank and Manager of Financial

Markets Division “Hansabank Markets”.
