SALE OF PREMISES



On 03.05.2001 AS Estiko and AS Hansa Liising Eesti concluded a purchase 

agreement for sale 17473/22974 of premises in Tallinn, at 4 Vesse Street.

The area of the estate is 22,974 m2. The premises sold also included 2 

storehouses, 3 hangars, a garage, and a gate house.



A store of 2,360 m2 built in 1998, is located on 5501/22974 of AS Estiko 

premises and is 100% leased to tenants. Estiko will invest the profit 

of EEK 7.1 million from the transaction in the construction of II stage 

to Emajõe Ärikeskus.
