TRADE IN AS SAMPO PANK SHARES

 

On 08.05.2001 Tallinn Stock Exchange Listing Committee decided to 

conditionally list the additionally issued ordinary shares of 

AS Sampo Pank on the TSE Main List. 

 

After meeting the requirements set by the TSE Listing Committee, 

8 291 874 additionally issued ordinary shares of AS Sampo Pank are listed 

starting from today, 15.06.2001. Altogether 32,311,122 ordinary shares 

of AS Sampo Pank (ISIN: EE0000001162) are traded on the TSE Main List 

under shortname SAMPO as of today, 15.06.2001.

 

Trading takes place on public order book.

Minimum lot is 1000 and tick size EEK 0.10.
