RESULTS OF THE OFFERING TO MINORITY SHAREHOLDERS OF LTB



As a result of the offering to LTB’s minority shareholders Hansabank’s 

share in LTB’s share capital increased to 98,05% (as of 09.07.2001). 

326 445 ordinary shares or 1,95% of the share capital remained in 

minorities. LTB’s share capital is formed of 16 733 232 ordinary shares.
