SALES REPORT JUNE 2001  

 

The current report provides an overview of Pro Kapital real estate 

sales in the Baltic countries in June 2001. 

 

In Estonia Pro Kapital has developed and sells premises in Ilmarise 

dwelling quarter, Vene St. 19, Narva St. 13, Narva St. 13a and Jõe 

St. 2 in Tallinn. In May the company sold 325.5 m2 of different 

premises for total of EEK 5,356,800.

 

In addition to development projects of different companies in PK 

Group, Pro Kapital also sold under management contract altogether 

66.7 m² sales premises owned by foreign investors (located at 

Raekoja square 6/Mündi 1,3/Pikk 12/Kinga 6,8 and Rüütli 13) for EEK 

3,000,000.

 

In Latvia Pro Kapital has developed and sells premises in 

condominium/office building located in the center of Riga (address 

Stabu 19). No sales were made in Latvia in June.

 

In Lithuania Pro Kapital has developed and sells premises in a 

residence/ apartment building located in the center of Vilnius 

(address Didzijoi 39). No sales were made in Lithuania in June.

 

In June 2001 Pro Kapital sold in the Baltic countries real estate 

objects developed by PK Group companies for EEK 5,356,800, and for 

EEK 3,000,000 under management contracts in real estate projects 

owned by foreign investors.
