ANNOUNCEMENT

 

LISTING COMMITTEE'S DECISION ABOUT AS PRO KAPITAL GRUPP

 

On August 17,  Tallinn Stock Exchange (TSE) Listing Committee 

discussed AS Pro Kapital Grupp (PKG) possible violation of TSE 

Rules and Regulations.

 

The Listing Committee analysed the relevant documents and agreed 

there are tendencies in PKG's actions toward significant and 

repeated violation of information publication requirements of TSE 

Rules and Regulations, thus affecting the investors' interests.

 

The Listing Committee assigned TSE carry out additional supervisory 

acts in order to specify the details and evaluate the violations, 

as well as present the Committee complemented materials for making 

the final decision. The Listing Committee's next meeting will take 

place on August 28, 2001.

 

Trading in securities of PKG will remain suspended until the 

Listing Committee's decision.
