ABOUT DELISTING OF AS PRO KAPITAL GRUPP SECURITIES

 

According to Tallinn Stock Exchange (TSE) Listing Committee's decision from 

August 28, 2001, the securities of AS Pro Kapital Grupp will be delisted 

tomorrow, on September 29, 2001. AS Pro Kapital Grupp securities are traded 

through the TSE trading system for the last day today, on September 28, 2001.

 

On September 26, 2001, AS Pro Kapital Grupp filed a statement of claim to 

the TSE Court of Arbitration to dispute the TSE Listing Committee's decision 

of delisting the securities of AS Pro Kapital Grupp.
