CANCELLATION OF SHARE ISSUE



With regard to the continuing instability in equity markets

the Management Board of Viisnurk decided to cancel the

company's public share issue, and explore possibilities for

arrangement of a directed share issue. Despite the cancellation 

of the share issue Viisnurk will continue to implement plans 

for expansion considering the changing conditions of the 

external environment. Cancellation of the share issue will 

have no impact on the company's daily economic activities.



Monetary payments of the investors who subscribed the share 

issue will be transferred back to the investors' bank accounts 

within five banking days.
