TERMINATION OF DAIRY PRODUCTS WHOLESALE



Tallinna Külmhoone AS will terminate operations in the 

field of dairy products wholesale as of 02.11.2001.

The main reason for termination of the aforementioned

activity is changes in the company's strategy stipulating

a more intensive focus on the company's core business

in the future. Proceeding from termination of dairy products 

wholesale the company's turnover will decrease by EEK 10 million 

a month or EEK 120 million a year, whereas it will have no 

impact on the company's profitability.
