ANNOUNCEMENT

 

BONDWAY INDEX CALCULATION SUSPENDED

 

Proceeding from redemption of Hüvitusfondi VI and XII-series bonds 

Tallinn Stock Exchange (TSE) will discontinue with calculation 

of bond market's average yield index Bondway as of 27.12.2001.

 

Due to redemption of the aforementioned bonds calculation of the index 

does not correspond to the index calculation principles stipulating 

that the relative share of a single weight in the index should not 

exceed 25%.

 

Bonds are excluded from the index if the redemption date is due in 

30 days. Hüvitusfond will redeem the issues of VI and XII-series bonds 

on 24.01.2002, thus the securities will be excluded from Bondway index

from 27.12.2001.

 

Calculation of bond market's average yield index may be renewed based 

upon the Management Board decision if the number of securities stipulated 

by the principles of yield calculation enables to resume Bondway.
