ANNOUNCEMENT
CHANGES IN TSE COMMITTEES
The Supervisory Board of Tallinn Stock Exchange approved on January
17 the following changes in TSE's committees:
1. The Board recalled the member of the Surveillance Committee,
Andres Kurgpõld, based on his application due to his election to
the Board of Financial Inspectorate.
2. The Board recalled the member of the Listing Committee, Toomas
Luman, based on his application.
3. The Board nominated the following members to the Takeover
Committee: Erkki Raasuke (Hansabank), Gert Tiivas (Tallinn Stock
Exchange) and Annely Ahse (Tallinn Stock Exchange).
According to the Securities Market Act, which came into force from
2002, the Takeover Committee has five members, out of which 3 are
nominated by the Exchange and 2 by the Financial Inspectorate. The
new Committee will work until September 1, 2002, upon which time
the responsibility for supervising takeovers will shift to the
Financial Inspectorate.
