TSE: TSE approves 4 new members

TSE APPROVES 4 NEW MEMBERS

The Management Board of Tallinn Stock Exchange (TSE) approved TSE
membership applications of Mandatum Stockbrokers, Nordea
Securities, Credit Suisse First Boston Europe (CSFB) and Evli Bank,
effective as of February 25, 2002. Mandatum and Nordea Securities
have announced their intention to start trading on February 25,
2002.

CSFB is a leading global investment bank and the first London-based
member firm of the TSE. Mandatum, Nordea Securities and Evli will
trade from Helsinki.

"Our aim is to create an efficient and liquid market with easy
access for foreign investors. Having leading international
investment banks as TSE members is an important prerequisite for
achieving this goal," Gert Tiivas, CEO of TSE said.
